. . .  is to provide quality legal services to our clients through the versatile practice of law in the Pee Dee region of central and eastern South Carolina.  Whether the legal work involves a crisis, such as personal injury or domestic problems, or litigation to resolve conflicts, or legal counseling and guidance for decisions, we are here to serve you.

As trial lawyers, we try cases in state courts—including the Courts of Common Pleas and General Sessions, Family Courts, Probate Courts and Magistrate/Municipal Courts—and in federal courts.  We also handle administrative law matters, such as Workers Compensation and Social Security, as well as appeals to the South Carolina Supreme Court, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, and the federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

We understand and encourage the resolution of disputes through negotiation and settlement; however, we also zealously pursue our cases in court if an out-of-court resolution is not possible.

When your legal needs involve areas of the law in which the assistance of legal specialists is necessary, we work closely with other attorneys specializing in such areas of the law as tax, bankruptcy, patent or estate planning.
